Rehoboth Beach

Rehoboth Beach is the most action packed place at the Delaware Shore, Rehoboth's claim t fame is its well kept and very popular boardwalk.  The boardwalk hosts many beach games and arcades as well as Funland, home of all the rides such as bumper cars and the haunted house.  Rehoboth is a great place to bring kids and feel completely safe about it.

Rehoboth has around 50 fabulous restaurants and almost every type of cuisine you could imagine.  We also have the typical beach food, boardwalk fries and many great pizza and ice cream options are all over town as well.  Shopping options are plentiful in Rehoboth with the Tanger Outlets and many many little beach shops.

The off-season at the Beach in Rehoboth includes a Halloween Festival (sea witch), Jazz Fest, Restaurant Week,  Chocolate Crawl, The polar plunge, the Rehoboth Beach Marathon, Doggie Week, Art Festival, and many more events.  The holidays are really a special time at the beach as well.

Rental Incomes and appreciation rates have been the greatest in Rehoboth out of all the Delaware Beaches.  If you are looking for strictly an investment, Rehoboth may be your best bet.
